Mr. Kerr has conducted an active practiced in the Tri-Cities since 1974. He is very active in municipal representations, currently representing the Cities of Pasco, Mesa, Sunnyside and Benton City, the Personnel Board of the City of Richland, Kennewick Public Facility District, Pasco Public Facility District, Tourism Promotion Area, and Hearing Examiner for the City of Walla Walla, as well as serves a special counsel of other public entities. His municipal experience equips him with valuable skills for clients pursuing projects for land development, UGA Development Agreements, land use issue and permitting.

Mr. Kerr has created and represented business entities from start ups to international corporations dealing with all aspects of business action. Early experience in the construction industry led him to private and public construction representation, construction defect litigation and lien resolution practice. Agri-business from packing agreements to PACA claims has been a long standing area of his practice. A substantial portion of his business practice serves health care and other professional service providers. He is in the business of assisting businesses-both public and private.
